Earthquake in Haiti

A devastating earthquake has hit Haiti last night, it was very severe and measured 7.0 on the Richter scale. We got the news from Anders Twingly channel Charity2.0 (still in beta, use invitecode charity2009 to get aboard!) See screener here!

Reports talk about hundreds (update) hundreds of thousand  killed and a large number that has become homeless. And subsequently its a big need for help and rescue operations. For that reason we in Concertsforchange recommend that you donate money to one or more of these organisations:

Läkare utan gränser (Sweden)

MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES (international)

Red Cross

Unicef (their donationsite for USA is here)

Yele.org . Haitian organization for help

We know how important it is with fast help in this situations, so let’s do what we can to ease the suffering of the victims on Haiti!

Wyclef Jean who is born on Haiti was interview on CNN this morning.
